Binary Wiz disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or performance issues caused by third-party systems.

Client data shared with us during project execution is treated as strictly confidential. Binary Wiz commits to protecting sensitive business information and expects clients to honor similar standards with respect to our methodologies, source code, and communications.
